We are in barracks again this year. Same building as last year.
Bedding:
Bring your own bedding this year.
Least year bedding was provided.
This year, only a mattress is provided.
If arriving Thursday night:
I (Daniel) will be at the barracks 1800 to 2300 (6pm to 11pm) on Thursday  night to assign bunks.
I will be wearing my Jack Sparrow hat (possibly a black shirt) to help  stick out.
Please know how many youth male, and youth female you have in your  crew.
Please know your Rendezvous number.
If arriving after 2300 (11pm), separate yourselves between youth male,  youth female, adult male, adult female.
Use both the top and bottom bunks, and pick bunks that are next to each  other.
Please have the Boatswain Mate talk to me at 6am.
Hopefully, I can just mark your crew where they are.  I might have to  move or re-arrange you.
For those spending Thursday night, breakfast is served at the galley  0630-0730 on Friday morning.
Cost is $2.10 per youth, and $2.45 per adult.
Rendezvous has not officially started yet, so each group needs to pay for  this on their own.
Please have enough cash or credit card ready before entering the  galley.
Be nice to the front cashier lady.
If arriving Friday Morning:
I will be assigning bunks 0600 to 0800 (6am to 8am) on Friday  morning.
The boatswain and skipper will probably be off to Registration.
I will need to talk to the Boatswain Mate for assigning bunks.
I will be wearing a Jack Sparrow hat and wearing a black shirt.
Please know how many youth male, and youth female you have in your crew  (remember to count the boatswain).
Please know your Rendezvous number.
C-2 Quarters Inspection Card:
This card is in the card packet the boatswain picks up in  registration.
Please address the areas that it will be graded on, and post the card at  about eye level.
Bunk Cards:
Please have your bunk cards filled out and posted.
General meeting at 8:15am:
I will be clearing the barracks of people starting at 0800, to help with  the general meeting starting at 0815.
